THE MIDNIGHT MENAGERIE

This policy explains how Arcane Systems Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in the Midnight Menagerie Android game. The app package is com.midnightmenagerie.
The game stores gameplay progress on your device, including stars, scores, lives, settings, and an in-progress performance. This supports progression and resume features. We do not operate an account system or use this local save to identify you. Android may back up or restore app data according to your device and Google account settings. Clear the app’s storage or uninstall the app to remove local data.
Midnight Menagerie may offer optional rewarded videos that grant an in-game life after a completed video. The production version uses Google Mobile Ads and Google’s User Messaging Platform. Those services may process an advertising identifier, IP address, device and app information, approximate location derived from IP, ad interaction information, and diagnostic information under Google’s policies and your consent choices. You can manage available consent choices in Settings. The development build may use Google test advertising inventory.

Optional in-app purchases, if enabled, are processed by Google Play. We receive purchase and entitlement information needed to verify and restore a purchase. Payment card details are handled by Google Play; we do not receive or store your full payment card number.
We do not request contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, photos, files outside the app, or health information. We do not sell personal information. The app currently has no user accounts, social features, analytics profile, or chat.
Midnight Menagerie is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
Local game data remains on the device until cleared or uninstalled. Google services handle their information under their applicable policies and controls. You may clear local data, change advertising consent choices where available, decline optional ads and purchases, or contact us about a privacy request. Some data may be controlled directly by Google Play or Google Mobile Ads.
We may update this policy when the game, advertising, purchasing, or privacy practices change. The effective date indicates the latest revision.
